Shipping and Returns

All paid orders received will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days. This does not apply to pre-orders, which are clearly marked as such in the item description.

Shipping:

From 49 Euro order value we ship free within Germany, to Austria from 90 Euro. Our experience is that UPS usually takes 2-3 days to deliver within Germany.

Within 14 days of delivery, you can return unused and unwashed (in the case of furniture not assembled) items with a label and, if possible, in original packaging.

For orders from Germany we offer free return shipping. We will send you a return label by e-mail upon receipt of your request. Please note: If the order value by your return falls below € 49, we will charge the original shipping costs of 4,90 euros.

If you would like to return something to us from a country other than Germany, or if you prefer another shipping service provider, please send your return to:

In this case, the costs for the return are not covered by us. If you would like to return something from a non-EU country (such as Switzerland), please enclose a copy of the invoice, mark the item you are returning and clearly state that it is a return. Shipments without invoice or return note will be cleared again and can not be accepted by us.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Once we have received your return, we will credit you the appropriate amount within 14 days to your original form of payment.

Minicatwalk has no influence on customs or VAT costs, nor on the resulting delays. Our shipping costs already include VAT.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, up to 500 €.

What happens if you are not home when your package arrives?

If you are not home, if UPS wants to deliver your package, a message will be left in your mailbox. From the next working day you can pick up your package at the post office. Of course you can also ask your neighbor to accept your package for you.
